Sarah started her dance training at the age of 6, has performed in many theatre productions and have danced for artists such as Little Mix, Alesha Dixon, JLS and Westlife … to name a few. Sarah’s TV credits include X Factor, Britains Got Talent and Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway. 

As well as running a dance school with her sister called Sugarfree Dance, Sarah keeps herself busy with prioritising her family time. Sarah’s favourite thing to do is make memories with her kids and dance, of course!
