Key Responsibilities:

– Day to Day Talent Management
– Identifying and signing key talent across Social Media, TV, Music and wider broadcast sectors.
– Strategic management of clients in collaboration with the team (Including but not restricted to; commercial partnerships, brand building, IP creation, marketing, content creation, creative services, digital strategy, live events, publishing, corporate events).
– Building and maintaining strong network of key contacts across the industry.
– Ability to identify new and emerging trends.
– Talent Recruitment – Bringing in potential and high revenue generating talent.
– Talent Retention – ensuring top level service and growth of current client list.
– Negotiations at the highest levels for all relevant clients.
– Responsibility for personal financial targets, set by company directors.
– Leadership of Management Assistants within the team, including assisting on training and overseeing latest campaigns and deliverables.

Essential Requirements:

– Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Influencer Talent Management
– Must be a team player, and enjoy a social office environment. (When allowed to return to the office).
– Proven ability to attract and retain Clients.
– Excellent industry knowledge and ability to use own initiative.
– Clear, compelling and co-operative communicator.
– Highly motivated with the ability to thrive in a demanding and fast paced environment.
– Attention to detail and clear communication with Talent and Brand Stakeholders/Agencies.
– Reliable, energetic, self starter able to prioritise effectively.

Management Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

– Assisting management of clients in collaboration with the team (Including but not restricted to; commercial partnerships, brand building, IP creation, marketing, content creation, creative services, digital strategy, live events, publishing, corporate events).
– Assisting the internal team including Talent Managers, Junior Talent Managers, General Manager and MDs.
– Talent Retention – ensuring top level service and growth of current client list .
– Activating latest campaigns, ensuring delivery within brief and on time.
– Reporting and analysing campaigns.
– Forming and maintaining connections across the industry and sharing all information with the wider team.
– Social Media planning and execution.
– Heavy diary management responding to fast paced business needs and ensuring days and campaigns are run as smoothly as possible.
– Supporting meeting preparation; agenda and pre-reading distribution, presentation documents.

Essential Requirements:

– Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
– Confident with Gmail/Drive/Google Calendar.
– Excellent communication and writing skills.
– Reliable, energetic, self starter and able to prioritise effectively.
– You are driven by the idea of self learning and personal development.
– Ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

– Your role will be to to assist the Finance Manager in daily operations.
– Invoice Processing (AP/AR).
– Expense Management/Processing (Creating + Updating Expense forms for Directors/Talent Managers).
– Client Payments/AP Payment processing.
– Credit Control (AR).
– Providing support on account/invoicing queries to client’s/our team/agencies + brands.
– Preparing and entering journals into the system.
– Bank Reconciliations (Multi-Currency).

Essential Requirements:

– The right candidate will be currently studying for their accountancy qualifications and/or have equivalent experience working with a commercial finance team.
– This role requires intermediate Quickbooks/Excel Experience.
– Ability to work within a fast paced environment with high demand.
– The chosen candidate will be a conscientious individual with a keen eye for detail.
– Must be a team player and enjoy a social office environment.
