Graduating with a Medicine Degree from University College Cork, Dr. Doireann now works as a GP in Cork City. Dr. Doireann created her blog to promote healthy living in an easy-to-understand and consumable way. As well as regular Instagram updates and writing for her own blog, Dr. Doireann is also a regular contributor to Irish print and online media outlets like Image Magazine and Her.ie, as well as having a weekly health slot on national radio station Today FM. She has also appeared on the popular television show ‘The 6 O’Clock Show’ and has her own podcast with over 61,000 all time listens.

Dr. Doireann not only shares health, medical information and wellness tips but she also speaks about personal experiences and interests. Last summer, Dr. Doireann shared her experience of being on the other side of the doctor-patient relationship when she was going through her IVF journey and when she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. She is now thankfully cancer-free and is passionate about sharing her story, alongside sharing her love for fashion and snippets of her home life with her husband and two dogs.

Her social presence, incredibly transparent personality and trusted voice has caused her to become a familiar face in the wellness industry and has led her to working with the likes of La Roche-Posay, Sweaty Betty, ASAP Skincare and Function of Beauty.
