Best known as a Principal dancer in the internationally celebrated dance show ‘Riverdance’ Amy Mae has toured the World for the last 5 years performing to audiences as big as 80,000 people. As one of the youngest ever Principal dancers in the show she was honoured to perform in Croke Park for the Pope on his visit to Ireland in 2018, to a packed stadium and millions of television viewers. Amy Mae starred in the BBC documentary ‘Born to Riverdance’ which filmed her on the lead up to the 25th Anniversary Gala performance, capturing the many hours of intense rehearsal and excitement of such a historic event which was filmed for Worldwide Cinema release. Amy Mae has appeared on TV across the World on shows such as ‘This morning’, ‘Loose Women’, RTE ‘Late Late Show’, ‘Dancing with the Stars Ireland’ and ‘The Jeremy Vine show’.
