TALENT MISSION STATEMENT:
Here at JoesGarden I am on a mission to help teach the world how to find their green thumb, while also highlighting all the amazing benefits living a greener, more connected to nature lifestyle has to offer.
While my primary focus is growing your own fruit and vegetables in small urban gardens, we also explore the amazing world of using flowers to help boost as well as naturally control nature and living life with a zero waste approach where possible. Recently we have been having a lot of fun with zero waste cooking and DIY ideas.
Over the coming years I aim to showcase the symbiotic relationship nature and gardening have, and how when the two are working together in harmony, we can start to help rebuild and shape our natural environment in a positive way.
I truly believe nature and gardening is the key to a happier healthier life, and together we can learn how anyone, no matter where you live can have access to this amazing hobby.
As a child, Joe spent a lot of time with his great grandmother in the garden, learning about the different plants, growing fruit and veg and spotting all the animals in the garden. Immediately he fell in love! 27 years later it has now become a goal of his to help share some of that information, passion for wildlife and the environment with others! His goal is simple; teach as many people as possible about the joys and health benefits of being outside while also trying to protect this beautiful natural world we are so lucky to call home. Joe invites you all to join his ‘growing’ family, and come on this journey with him!
Joe utilises his abundance of innovative ideas to create easy and fun recipes to help his audience lead more healthy and environmentally-friendly lives whilst also saving money. He has launched a gardening subscription box service called ‘Garden with Joe’ which can be found here.
